| Look to this day! For it is life, the very life of life. In its brief course Lie all the verities and realities of your existence: The bliss of growth The glory of action The splendor of beauty, For yesterday is but a dream And tomorrow is only a vision, But today well lived makes every yesterday a dream of happiness And every tomorrow a vision of hope. Look well, therefore, to this day! Such is the salutation to the dawn.
Kalidasa: Native American dramatist
The best possible way to prepare for tomorrow is to concentrate with all your heart, intelligence, and enthusiasm, on doing today's work superbly today.
Happy the man, and happy he alone, He, who can call to-day his own: He who, secure within, can say: To-morrow, do thy worst, for I have Liv'd to-day.
Horace: Roman poet

| How can you fully embrace the light when the
shadow has already cast? One cannot
live hiding within their shadow. When
one looks down at that ugly shadow in regret, it only brings them down. As the sun rises, one can feel its warm
embrace on the back of their neck. When they
turn around, a beautiful sunrise can be seen that fills the senses with hope. Hope for a new day and a better tomorrow. A chance to start over and right what has
been wronged. You realize that the dark
shadow is now behind you and all that is seen is the bright light. We are all able to see the bright future, because
we can choose to face in that direction, the direction of the rising sun.
